- Pelicans (+10.5) vs. Warriors
- Hawks (-1.5) at Suns
Nets/Wizards 1Q Over (60.5) — 6:00 p.m. ET
Both teams are off to disastrous 1–11 starts, and neither has shown any real commitment to defense. The silver lining: first-quarter Overs have been cashing at a strong rate.
Brooklyn is on a 5–2 first-quarter Over run, including Overs in its last three games. The Nets erupted for 36 first-quarter points in Friday’s loss at Orlando.
Washington has allowed at least 35 first-quarter points in four straight games and owns a 4–1 first-quarter Over mark at home. The lone Under — against Dallas earlier this month — still missed by just two points.

Pelicans (+10.5) vs. Warriors — 7:00 p.m. ET
After a brutal 2–10 start, the Pelicans fired head coach Willie Green on Saturday. New Orleans now looks to reset as it attempts to snap a four-game skid against Golden State.
The Warriors picked up back-to-back wins in San Antonio this week, but they remain just 3–6 on the road. Golden State is also 1–3 straight-up and against the spread as a road favorite this season.
The Pelicans’ schedule gets even tougher after tonight — hosting the defending champion Thunder on Monday, followed by the Nuggets on Wednesday — but teams often respond with renewed energy immediately after a coaching change. Expect a sharper effort from New Orleans.

Hawks (-1.5) at Suns — 8:00 p.m. ET
Atlanta has been rolling on its West Coast trip, picking up wins over the Clippers, Kings, and Jazz. Now the Hawks are slight road favorites against a Suns team riding a five-game winning streak.
Phoenix is an impressive 8–5 to start the season, but its recent wins have come against the Mavericks, Pacers, and Pelicans — teams with a combined six victories. In their two wins over the Clippers, Kawhi Leonard sat out and James Harden missed one of those games.
Atlanta, meanwhile, has scored 133 and 132 points in its last two games and is now 6–2 on the road. The Hawks rank seventh in defensive field-goal percentage and fifth in three-point field-goal percentage, giving them a strong edge if this becomes a high-efficiency shooting matchup.
