Terrell Owens and Stephen A. Smith: Joined At The Mouth

We just heard this: Stephen A. Smith is apparently not just the guy screaming in our faces on SportsCenter every night. It appears he also writes columns. And they're causing some fuss too: His column on Sunday detailed a secret, intense riff between Terrell Owens and Donovan McNabb, essentially accusing McNabb for being a company man and selling out other players. Smith — whose relationship with Owens is well-documented — is suspected of being a mouthpiece for Owens, most notably by Phil Sheridan, a columnist at his own paper, who argues that Smith's column is the final straw: Owens must go. We have no idea how Smith has time to do his radio show and do NBA studio work with Owens hand up his backside, but all told, we're impressed. (Maybe Owens' hand is why Smith's eyes are always open so wide wide wide.
