In all, eight players missed practice and safety Kyle Hamilton (groin) and center Tyler Linderbaum (calf) were added to the official injury report as limited practice participants Wednesday afternoon.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh said "we could sit here and you could ask me about every single guy and it's a long list. Who has that much time?"
Pressed on Jackson's status in light of a Baltimore Sun report that said the two-time NFL MVP will not play in Week 5 and could face a longer absence because of a hamstring injury, Harbaugh said "How about I don't say anything? Why don't we just leave it alone? The injury report will be out at 4."
Jackson sustained his injury in the fourth quarter of Baltimore's 37-20 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday. He was replaced in that game by Cooper Rush, who would be in line to start this Sunday as the Ravens (1-3) host the Houston Texans (1-3).
Harbaugh doesn't know if Jackson's injury occurred on a particular play.
"I really don't have any information about that, and I really don't think it matters," Harbaugh said. "It's not what I'm thinking about. I'm thinking about the team and getting ready to practice.
"And Lamar's working. He's doing a great job. I talked to him yesterday for a long time. He's been in here all day working and in the meetings."
Nearly half of the Ravens' starting 22 on the depth chart didn't practice or were limited including middle linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring), cornerbacks Marlon Humphrey (calf), Nate Wiggins (elbow) and Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring), left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) and fullback Patrick Ricard (calf).
NFL Network reported Smith and Humphrey might each miss 2-to-3 weeks.
