The Texans Have The Saddest Christmas Tree In The NFL (Naturally)
The Wall Street Journal assigned eight members of its sports staff to judge photos of 29 of 32 NFL teams' Christmas trees. Because the universe bends toward order, the Texans have the very worst.
In fact, of the 12 best trees, nine belonged to playoff teams, and the most extravagant belonged to the Cowboys and Jerry Jones, who strangled the spirit of Christmas to death with his bare hands and impaled it atop his tree, because it makes a fine ornament, and the salary cap was probably its idea anyway. The Dallas tree, and all the rest, can be found over at the WSJ. Merry Christmas!
