Things Get Worse For Injured Zakuani After Being Hit By Medical Cart

DR Congo's Gabriel Zakuani had a rough day during his national side's match against rival Congo at the Africa Cup of Nations today when he went down with an injury early in the second half and then got hit by the medical staff cart that was supposed to be helping him get off the pitch.

We're sure Zakuani is feeling better after his team's 4-2 win and advancement to the semi-finals. The whole thing reminded us of this.
