This Is What It Sounds Like When A Minor League Hockey Announcer Loses His Mind

Turn down your speakers before you start the video. I'm not joking.

Via Eye on Hockey comes this call from a North American Hockey League game last weekend, between the Austin Bruins and the Bismarck Bobcats. Bruins radio man James Lilledahl, like a certain broadcaster for the other Bruins, is really into the action. Angry that Brandon Whalin was whistled for boarding, and fearful for Whalin's safety, Lilledahl has a big-league conniption. "It was a clean hit!" he yells...16 times.

The refs didn't agree, sending Whalin off with a five-minute major and a game misconduct. Bismarck would score twice on the power play, and win in overtime.
