Time To Rev Up The NCAA Tourney Previews Again

LeitchLeitch|published: Thu 8th March, 16:45 2007

Longtime readers — or at least those who have been with us for a year or longer — will remember last year, when we introduced the world's only reader-created NCAA tournament previews. Well, that thing is a mother to put together — essentially, three presumably fascinating facts about all 65 teams in the tournament — so we figured we'd better start putting together this year's now, before we fall too far behind.

So, if you have a team you know better than anyone else, now's the time to tell us. After the jump is a list of teams we're tentatively counting as in the dance — using ESPN's invaluable Drive To 65 page — and who has signed up to write each of them. If you're interested in an open team, email us and let us know why you're the most qualified. The list below will be updated repeatedly as we get closer to the tournament, which, we think you can agree, might be our favorite singular sporting event.

Once a team as clinched a spot in the dance, we'll put them in bold, so check back for open teams. This is a mammoth enterprise, so the earlier we have people signing up and turning 'em in, the better.

And thanks. Just a few weeks away now ...
