The deal includes $50 million fully guaranteed for the 29-year-old wideout, who is coming off a 1,016-yard season with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Titans also are signing quarterback Mason Rudolph to a one-year contract worth up to $3.62 million and kicker Nick Folk to a one-year deal for $3.755 million that could increase up to $4.13 million, according to reports.
Returning to the NFL after a season-long gambling suspension in 2022, Ridley started all 17 games for Jacksonville and caught 76 passes with eight touchdowns.
The Jaguars and New England Patriots were believed to be the front-runners to sign Ridley, who instead will line up opposite All-Pro wideout DeAndre Hopkins in Nashville.
He set career highs with 90 receptions and 1,374 yards in 2020 with the Atlanta Falcons, who had selected him 26th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Alabama.
Ridley has 324 career receptions for 4,358 yards and 36 touchdowns in 66 games (52 starts).
Rudolph, 28, spent his first four seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who selected him in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Oklahoma State. He has played in 21 games, starting 13, with a record of 8-4-1.
He has completed 63.5 percent of his passes for 3,085 yards, 19 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Rudolph won all three of his starts in 2023 for injured starter Kenny Pickett to help the Steelers make the playoffs.
Folk, 39, played in all 17 games in 2023, his first season with the Titans, and made 29 of 30 field goals (league-best 96.7 percent) with a long of 53 yards. He also made 28 of 30 extra-point attempts (93.3 percent).
He has played 16 years in the league for the Dallas Cowboys (2007-09), New York Jets (2010-16), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2017), New England Patriots (2019-22) and Titans. Folk is 382 of 456 (83.8 percent) on field goals and 486 of 503 (96.6 percent) on extra points.
