Where We Look At MLB's Charming Attempts To Revolutionize The Interweb ...

What could be cooler than a blog written by a couple of soldiers serving a year in Baghdad? We'll never know, because they're home now, traveling to every major league baseball park and writing about it.

Kevin and Sean (last names classified) have just seen a game at RFK in Washington D.C. — "then, in the third inning, I got hungry and decided to go get a pretzel" — and are now on their way to San Diego, filing this report: "We went out 166 in Virginia and then South on 181 to catch the 140 for the long haul." After the map was folded, a little drama: "Will we make it in time for the first pitch?" Not exactly riveting stuff. But as someone once said, you go to Petco Park with the army you have. Frankly, these guys have been through the hell that is war: Is subjecting them to a year of ballpark food any way to repay them?

Elsewhere, former major league pitcher and current Astros announcer Jim Deshaies is blogging. Want to check it out? We thought not.
