Five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry decommitted from Southern California's 2025 class on Wednesday, becoming the second blue-chip prospect to change his mind in consecutive days.

On Tuesday, five-star defensive end Isaiah Gibson revoked his commitment.

Terry announced his plans on social media Wednesday.

"My recruitment is open!! #Decommitted #1shot, #Givemeeverythingyougot," Terry wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

Terry's pledge to coach Lincoln Riley's Trojans was short-lived. Committed to in-state Georgia since Jan. 16, 2023, he backed off that on March 24 and flipped to USC.

From Manchester, Ga., Terry is ranked by the 247Sports composite as the No. 2 defensive lineman and the No. 7 overall player in the nation.

Gibson, from Warner Robins, Ga., is ranked as the No. 2 edge rusher and the No. 36 overall player in the class by the composite.

Julian Lewis, another Georgia product, is the No. 2 quarterback and No. 9 player overall in the 2025 class. He remains committed to USC.

With the decommitments of Terry and Gibson, USC's class fell from No. 3 overall in the national rankings to No. 15.

Ohio State remains No. 1 in the 2025 class rankings, followed by Notre Dame and Alabama, per 247Sports.
