Valero Texas Open starts after 90-minute weather delay

Players originally were scheduled to tee off at 7:30 a.m. local time.
The action got underway at TPC San Antonio at 9 a.m. with preferred lies in effect for the round.
As the last tournament before the Masters, the Valero Texas Open is the final opportunity for a winning player to earn an invitation to Augusta National.
