VCU's JeQuan Lewis Leaves Game After Suffering Apparent Head Injury
Tonight's season tip-off between Tennessee and VCU turned scary in the first half when the Rams' sophomore guard JeQuan Lewis had to be helped off the floor following a hard-to-watch tumble that left him dazed and possibly suffering a seizure.
The video above shows Lewis's head crashing into the floor after fighting for a rebound with the Volunteers' Dominic Woodson. We'll update when we get word of Lewis's condition, but it's an especially rough start to the season for a player whose freshman year ended on such a sour note.
