In the closing moments of last night's Game Four, the camera found a curious-looking fellow in the pricey seats wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt, sunglasses, and with a fat stogie in his mouth. It's the second time this week we've highlighted a Cigar Guy, and this one (who bears an uncanny resemblance to WFAN's Mike Francesa) just looks like someone we ought to know.

Update (4:28 p.m.): Several readers let us know it's former Miami-Dade county manager Sergio Pereira, who in February was named one of the area's worst. His claim to fame? Resigning in disgrace in 1988 after a shady development deal straight out of a Carl Hiaasen novel.
