The news came via the Wings' status report prior to the game. The team has not made any public comment or provided any further details on Bueckers' injury.
She played 36 minutes in Friday's 94-86 loss to the Indiana Fever, who were playing without fellow phenom Caitlin Clark. Bueckers notched 27 points and six assists and did not suffer any noticeable injury.
Bueckers missed three games due to a concussion and another because of an illness earlier in the season.
Bueckers is averaging 18.4 points, 5.8 assists and 4.3 rebounds in 13 games for Dallas this season.
The 23-year-old was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft after being a college star at UConn, where she was a three-time first-team All-American and also won one national championship (2025) and one national player of the year honor (2021).
