Workout Video Features Dude Pooping In The Background

Hey, if you're going to shoot an instructional workout video inside of somebody's apartment, it's not likely that it's going to turn out perfectly. The lighting will probably be off, some noise from the street may get recorded, a dude who is taking a shit could sneak into the frame. You know, normal low-budget stuff.

Seriously though, we're not sure how this made it past the editing process and onto the internet. This is either some kind of viral marketing ploy, or proof that fitness buffs truly have no shame.
