Zaccharie Risacher scored 11 of his team's first 13 points finished with a season-high 21 while leading the Atlanta Hawks to a 127-112 win over the visiting Orlando Magic on Tuesday.
Risacher hit 7 of 14 attempts from the field as part of Atlanta's 55.6% shooting effort.
Six players scored in double figures for the Hawks, who have won three of their past four games overall and improved to 2-0 against Orlando this season. The Magic saw their two-game winning streak end and finished their road trip with a 2-3 record.
Atlanta also got 20 points from Nickeil Alexander-Walker, 18 points and six assists from Dyson Daniels, 17 points from Jalen Johnson, 15 points from Kristaps Porzingis plus 14 points and seven rebounds from Onyeka Okongwu.
Orlando's Paolo Banchero finished with 22 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists. The Magic also received a season-high 20 points from Tristan da Silva and 18 points from Franz Wagner.
Atlanta led 32-23 after the first quarter and stretched the advantage to 41-23 in the second quarter. Orlando trimmed the deficit to four points on a pair Anthony Black free throws with 3:55 left in the half. However, the Hawks closed the half on a 14-1 run, punctuated by Alexander-Walker's 3-pointer, and led by 64-47 at intermission.
Orlando's Desmond Bane was ejected from the game with 5:24 left in the third quarter after he pulled down Okongwu from behind and spiked the ball on him. Bane received a flagrant-1, a technical foul for a hostile act, then was ejected from the game.
After the Hawks sank the subsequent three free throws, Alexander-Walker made a 3-pointer to extend Atlanta's lead to 85-65. The Hawks took a 98-77 edge into the fourth quarter.
The Magic were without Moritz Wagner (left knee), who has yet to make his season debut. The Hawks played their third game without Trae Young, who will be out at least four weeks in a right MCL sprain.
The Magic return home to start a three-game homestand on Friday against the Boston Celtics. Atlanta continues its homestand on Friday against the Toronto Raptors.
