Dylan Larkin chipped in with a power-play goal and Andrew Copp notched an empty-netter with both also recording an assist along with Patrick Kane and Moritz Seider.
Red Wings goaltender John Gibson finished with 27 saves and completed his third shutout of the season, all coming in his last 12 starts. Gibson recorded 15 of his saves in the third period.
Cole Caufield led the Canadiens with five shots on target while Nick Suzuki added four. Montreal was shut out for the third time this season and for the second time in their last five games.
DeBrincat gave the Red Wings a 3-0 lead after scoring his 23rd goal of the season 34 seconds into the third period. It's DeBrincat's fifth three-point game of the season and 14th multi-point game.
Copp added his empty-net goal with 1:07 remaining to give the Red Wings a 4-0 lead. He was assisted by DeBrincat and Larkin.
Raymond, who hit the post twice Saturday, opened the scoring in the second period after Canadiens goalie Jacob Fowler misplayed a puck that took an odd carom off the backstop. Raymond capitalized on the mistake, shooting into an open net for his 14th goal of the season.
The Red Wings later took a 2-0 lead in the second period on a power play goal from Larkin. The goal snapped the Canadiens' streak of 14 consecutive power plays without conceding a goal.
Detroit went 1-for-5 on the power play while the Canadiens were unable to score on their lone opportunity with a man advantage.
Montreal will look to bounce back Monday with a home matchup against the Vancouver Canucks. Detroit will look to extend their current three-game winning streak at home against the Carolina Hurricanes.
