Even though Asian Crap is a danger to the city of Chicago, fear not. The city has a plan to deal with its Asian Crap.

It's only the latest in a long series of ethnic crap the Windy City has dealt with in its history, starting with French Crap and moving on to Irish Crap, German Crap, Italian Crap, and Polish Crap. In fact, you might say that Chicago has been full of crap all along.
