Brian O'Nora Is A Tough Sonofabitch

Home plate ump Brian O'Nora took a ball right in the throat protector during the seventh inning of last night's game. After gathering himself, and making sure his larynx hadn't been crushed, his first words were: "That's ball four."

Bad Luck Brian may want to get out of this line of work before it kills him. In 2008, he was bloodied by a flying bat shard. Earlier this year, he left a game to go vomit after swallowing his chaw.
