Bryson Tiller departs Kansas for hated rival Missouri
Mar 22, 2026; San Diego, CA, USA; St. John's Red Storm forward Dillon Mitchell (1) shoots against Kansas Jayhawks forward Bryson Tiller (15) in the first half during a second round game of the men's 2026 NCAA Tournament at Viejas Arena. Mandatory Credit: Kirby Lee-Imagn Images Bryson Tiller has picked a transfer destination that will alienate Kansas fans - bitter rival Missouri.
The 6-foot-11 Tiller posted a picture of himself in a Missouri uniform on his Instagram page Tuesday to announce that he has joined the Tigers.
Tiller reportedly visited Missouri on Sunday before reaching the decision. He canceled an upcoming trip to Arizona.
Tiller averaged 7.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocked shots in 35 games (31 starts) as a freshman last season.
The loss of Tiller rates as a blow for the Jayhawks, who recently lost star big man Flory Bidunga to Louisville.
Tiller reportedly was also interested in Georgia Tech, Miami, Michigan and North Carolina State.
