Bucks beat Grizzlies, but Giannis Antetokounmpo remains out

Mandatory Credit: Michael McLoone-Imagn Images Ryan Rollins scored 24 points, Cormac Ryan added 21 and Myles Turner finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 131-115 victory Sunday over the visiting Memphis Grizzlies.
The Bucks (31-47), who snapped a two-game skid, also got 19 points from Taurean Prince, who was 7-of-8 shooting, including 5-of-5 from long range. Ousmane Dieng contributed 17 points and nine rebounds for the Bucks, who shot 60.2% from the field and 16 of 32 from 3-point range.
Rayan Rupert posted a 30-point triple-double for the Grizzlies (25-53), only the third in franchise history. Rupert finished with 33 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. He also had four steals.
Walter Clayton Jr. scored 20 points, Dariq Whitehead had 16 and Olivier Maxence-Prosper tallied 13 for the Grizzlies, who lost their fourth straight and for the 17th time in 19 games.
Milwaukee did not trail in the second half, although the Grizzlies trimmed the Bucks' margin to one point on two occasions early in the fourth quarter. The Bucks sealed the victory by going on a 14-1 run midway through the quarter for a 114-100 advantage.
Memphis led only in the game's opening minutes.
Milwaukee built a 19-point lead early in the second quarter, but couldn't maintain it. The Grizzlies closed the opening half on a 12-0 run to trim their deficit to 62-56. Rupert had surpassed his previous career high in the first half with 25 points.
Five Bucks were on the injury report, including Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis Jr. Antetokounmpo has been critical recently of the Bucks not allowing him to play. He is listed with a left knee injury but has said publicly he was available. Antetokounmpo missed his 11th straight game.
Six Grizzlies regulars -- GG Jackson (knee soreness), Cedric Coward (back soreness), Javon Small (left thigh contusion),Ty Jerome (left ankle sprain), Cam Spencer (low back soreness) and Jahmai Mashack (concussion protocol) -- did not play. Several other key members of the rotation - including starters Ja Morant, Zach Edey and Jaylen Wells -- are out for the remainder of the season with injuries.
The Grizzlies' revamped roster included four 10-day contract players and three two-way players.
