Buzzer-Beating Alley-Oop Sends Game To Overtime
UMass just finished up a 77-68 victory over Manhattan, but not before Manhattan's Emmy Andujar and Rich Williams pulled off one of the coolest buzzer-beaters you will see all year.
With just 0.8 seconds left in the game, Andujar set up to inbound the ball from underneath his own basket. Williams got a screen and cut to the hoop, where nobody rotated over in time to prevent him from throwing down Andujar's perfect lob.
The dunk here is nice, but I think the real highlight of the play is Andujar's reaction. That's the celebratory jaunt of a guy who should do whatever he can to become Hot Sauce's teammate once his college career is over.
