Cowboys QB Kellen Moore Broke His Ankle At Training Camp
Screencap [object Object] The Dallas Cowboys quarterback issues continued at their Oxnard, CA training camp this evening. Tony Romo had to deny that he was fat earlier today, but things have gotten much worse now, as his backup Kellen Moore just broke his ankle. He was apparently hurt at the line of scrimmage when someone rolled onto him, and had to be carted off the field in an air cast.
Ian Rapoport hypothesized that an air cast indicated an ankle problem, and Jerry Jones confirmed shortly after that Moore had indeed broken his ankle.
Camp has not started well for the Cowboys. If Romo goes down, the Cowboys will be forced to turn to either rookie Dak Prescott ( who took over following Moore’s injury) or Jameill Showers.
