Both played in the UFL in 2024, Harvey with the St. Louis BattleHawks and Conley with the DC Defenders.
Harvey, 28, led the league with 78 tackles in 10 games and made the inaugural All-UFL team.
Undrafted in 2019, he appeared in two games for the Cleveland Browns in 2019 and two more in 2021.
Conley, 28, was a first-round pick (24th overall) by the then-Oakland Raiders in 2017.
He had 94 tackles and four interceptions in 31 games (26 starts) with the Raiders (2017-19) and Houston Texans (2019).
