Dodgers activate LHP Jack Dreyer from injured list

Vasquez-Imagn Images The Los Angeles Dodgers activated left-hander Jack Dreyer from the 15-day injured list Sunday and optioned right-hander Paul Gervase to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Dreyer, 27, missed 13 games with left shoulder inflammation. His last action came on May 15, when he pitched the eighth inning in a 6-0 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.
Dreyer is 2-1 with a 2.08 ERA in 20 games (no starts) this season with 24 strikeouts and six walks in 21 2/3 innings. He is 5-3 with four saves and a 2.76 ERA in 87 career games (five starts) since making his major league debut with the Dodgers last season.
Gervase, 26, has a 1.80 ERA and no decisions in two appearances this season out of the L.A. bullpen. He is 2-0 with one save and a 5.14 ERA in 10 games (no starts) at Triple-A.
