The deal announced Wednesday for the 23-year-old Colombian runs through June 2025 with a purchase option.
Rodriguez appeared in 22 MLS matches (one start) with Miami in 2022 and scored two goals.
He was previously on loan with Colombia's Millonarios FC (2024) and Mexico's Santos Laguna (2023).
