Keg Hockey Is Hockey Played With Fire Hoses And A Keg
I'm not really sure if I need to go any further in depth than that. This video is from 2010, but I've never seen, nor heard of, "Keg Hockey" before in my life, so excuse my ignorance if this is old hat for some of you. I even grew up around the corner from a volunteer fire house and all they ever did was sell shitty, overpriced Christmas trees. Chalk it up to the plight of growing up in suburbia, I suppose.
If, like me, you had no idea that such a game existed, marvel at the ingenuity (or boredom) required to create such a game. Basically, fireman use fire hoses to push a keg across a goal line while another set of firemen try to stop it. I assume the keg is empty since the "referee" seems to carry it around pretty easily, but who knows, maybe he is freakishly strong and the losing team has to do a keg stand after the game.
