Man Takes Chainsaw To The Neck, Somehow Survives

Even though this is just an X-ray of a chainsaw in someone's neck, and not an actual photo, it's still pretty damn horrifying. The craziest part is that the guy who took the chainsaw to his neck is still alive.

The victim, James Valentine, is a tree trimmer who was cut with the chainsaw while he was in a tree Monday. The saw somehow missed all of Valentine's major arteries. His co-workers took him to the hospital, and Valentine underwent surgery to remove the blade, receiving 30 stitches. Holy shit.
