Oklahoma State Star Marcus Smart Shoves Opposing Fan In Texas Tech Loss
One of college basketball's top players is in hot water after shoving a Texas Tech superfan late in Oklahoma State's loss to Texas Tech in Lubbock.
Marcus Smart, a human highlight reel for the 19th-ranked Cowboys, shoved a self-proclaimed Texas Tech "#1 fan" tonight, earning a technical foul and furious anger from ESPNU announcers, who expressed shock that the guard wasn't ejected. We wouldn't put it past the Big 12 to issue further punishment, though it's not clear yet what set Smart off. We'll update this post as we learn more. [ESPNU]
