Campbell appeared despondent after the injury. He draped a towel over his head as he rode in the back of a cart toward the visitors' locker room in Cincinnati.
The 21-year-old is in his rookie season with New England. He has started 12 games this season protecting quarterback Drake Maye's blind side.
Vederian Lowe replaced Campbell at left tackle following the injury.
