Pitt's Damarco Minor hits last-second trey to beat Ohio State

The 6-foot guard nailed a 3-pointer at the buzzer to lead Pitt to a 67-66 home win over Ohio State on Friday.
With the game tied at 64, Amare Bynum put Ohio State on top by grabbing a pair of offensive rebounds and making the go-ahead tip-in with 3.7 seconds remaining.
After a Pittsburgh timeout, Minor took a couple of dribbles up the court and fired a 3-pointer from near the logo, hitting nothing but the bottom of the net.
Minor, who is playing for his fourth college team, joined Cameron Corhen and Barry Dunning Jr. in scoring 18 points apiece for the Panthers (5-3). Omari Witherspoon contributed 11 points and Corhen pulled down 10 rebounds as Pitt beat Ohio State by one point for the second year in a row.
Devin Royal led all scorers with 22 points the Buckeyes (6-1). Bruce Thornton recorded his first double-double of the season with 18 points and a career-high 13 rebounds. Christoph Tilly logged 10 points.
The Panthers hauled in 10 first-half offensive rebounds and jumped out to a 16-4 lead en route to taking a 34-24 lead into the break.
In the second half, however, the Buckeyes punched back behind Royal and Thornton.
Ohio State took its first lead of the game, 48-47, with 8:41 remaining on a pair of Tilly free throws. The Buckeyes went up 56-51 with 5:03 left on a 3-pointer from Royal.
The Panthers, however, battled back. Omari Witherspoon tied the game at 62 with 1:21 left in the contest by sinking two free throws. That's when the late-game chaos began.
Pitt outscored the Buckeyes 16-10 in the final five minutes of the game.
The Panthers snatched 16 offensive rebounds for the second consecutive game against Ohio State. The Buckeyes committed 13 turnovers that results in 17 points for the Panthers, while Pitt's five giveaways led to just five Ohio State points.
