Raiders Superfan Dr. Death Returns, Speaks At City Council Meeting

Dr. Death is back, and this time he's got a banner and a wolfman to go along with his knife helmet, face paint, and passion for Oakland Raiders football.

When we last saw Dr. Death, he was making an impassioned speech at a public meeting where the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority discussed the feasibility of funding a new stadium for the Raiders. On Tuesday, the Oakland city council voted to extend the planning period for a potential new stadium by a year. But before the votes were cast, Dr. Death was allowed to drop some knowledge.

Good news, everyone! Dr. Death says that a new stadium will totally lower Oakland's high crime rate. Good thing the city council voted yes!
