Jackson (back) practiced in full for the second straight day without incident.
"One hundred percent," Jackson said on whether he'll play in the winner-take-all game. "I'm gonna be out there."
Jackson missed last weekend's 41-24 victory over the Green Bay Packers due to the injury. Tyler Huntley was the QB and improved to 2-0 as a starter this season.
"Doing a lot of treatment, trying to get the contusion out of there, as much as possible, but I feel great right now," Jackson said.
Jackson has missed four games this season due a variety of injuries for the Ravens (8-8), who trail the Steelers (9-7) in the division race.
Jackson has passed for 2,311 yards, 18 touchdowns and six interceptions. The two-time NFL MVP also has rushed for 340 yards and two scores.
Outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy (quadriceps) and receiver Rashod Bateman (illness) missed practiced for the second straight day.
Star middle linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) was limited each of the past two days.
