Mandatory Credit: Peter Aiken-Imagn Images Angel City FC acquired forward Ally Sentnor from the Kansas City Current for $850,000, ESPN reported Wednesday.
The 22-year-old U.S. Women's National Team star joins her third team since making her NWSL debut in 2024.
Sentnor was dealt from the Utah Royals to Kansas City last August for $600,000 in intra-league transfer funds.
Utah selected Sentor with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft out of North Carolina.
She has recorded two goals in two assists in 12 games this season for the Current.
Sentnor has scored seven goals in 23 caps with the USWNT since 2024.
According to ESPN, the $850,000 fee paid for Sentnor is the second-highest intra-league move in NWSL history in terms of guaranteed funds. Gotham FC acquired midfielder Jaedyn Shaw from the North Carolina Courage for $1.25 million last September.
The acquisition was part of a busy day Wednesday for Angel City, which fired head coach Alexander Straus and traded midfielder Kennedy Fuller to Bay FC for $520,000.
