Scott Mitchell Got Fat And Will Be On The Biggest Loser
Via Ben Mathis-Lilley, former journeyman QB Scott Mitchell, who was never a small dude, has gone and gotten enormous. Like, 366 pounds big. That's too big. So he's going to lose some of it on television.
Now 46 years old and 366 pounds, Mitchell has sleep apnea and high blood pressure. Weight has been an issue since age 35 due to a busy life and poor diet. With five kids ranging in age from 11 to 21, he wants to be there for his family and is ready to embrace a healthy lifestyle. When he loses the weight, he says he wants to look amazing in clothes and be physically active.
Mitchell is one of the contestants on this season's Biggest Loser, along with former offensive lineman Damien Woody. But Woody, listed now at 388 pounds, isn't that far off from his playing weight and is 10 years younger. Let's hope Mitchell doesn't immediately get voted off the off the buffet cart and be forced to turn in his vibrating belt or however this show works.
