Jaylin Williams scored a game-high 23 points and Johni Broome added 21 Wednesday night as No. 13 Auburn opened up a 22-point halftime lead en route to a 101-61 Southeastern Conference rout of visiting No. 11 South Carolina.

Tre Donaldson hit for 11 points and Chad Baker-Mazara came off the bench to tally 10 for the Tigers (20-5, 9-3), which led for more than 35 minutes. Auburn hit 61 percent from the field, including 12 of 20 3-point attempts, and possessed a 39-1 advantage in bench scoring.

Meechie Johnson scored 22 points for the Gamecocks (21-4, 9-3), who fell into a second-place tie in the SEC with the Tigers, a half-game behind Alabama. Collin Murray-Boyles added 19 and B.J. Mack hit for 14.

South Carolina, which entered the night with a seven-game winning streak that propelled it from an unranked team to just outside the top 10, had nothing for Auburn. The Gamecocks made only 34.6 percent from the field and gave up 25 points off their 13 turnovers.

No. 1 UConn 101, DePaul 65

Alex Karaban scored a game-high 21 points and Stephon Castle added 15 as six Huskies wound up in double figures during a blowout of the Blue Demons in Chicago.

Cam Spencer added 14 points to help UConn (23-2, 13-1 Big East) win its 13th consecutive game. Jaylin Stewart followed with 11 points, while Tristen Newton and Donovan Clingan each had 10.

The Blue Demons (3-21, 0-13) have lost 25 straight conference games overall and 17 in a row against the Huskies. Jaden Henley paced DePaul with 15 points.

No. 8 Tennessee 92, Arkansas 63

Jonas Aidoo posted a game-high 23 points and 12 rebounds as the Volunteers coasted past the Razorbacks in Fayetteville, Ark.

Dalton Knecht scored 22 points and also had three blocks and two steals as the Volunteers (18-6, 8-3 SEC) ended a seven-game losing streak to the Hogs in Fayetteville and kept their hold on fourth place in the conference. Jordan Gainey came up a point shy of his season high with 17 points for Tennessee.

Travon Mark, with 12 points, was the only player in double figures for Arkansas (12-12, 3-8).
