It marks Curry's third missed game of the season.
Curry isn't dealing with any injuries but apparently needed a break after playing 35 minutes in Friday night's 140-131 road victory over the Chicago Bulls. He was just 8-of-24 shooting while scoring 27 points.
Curry has shot below 37 percent in each of his past four games while making 21 of 70 (30 percent) during the stretch. He had just nine points against the Toronto Raptors on Sunday when he missed all nine of his 3-point attempts.
Curry, 35, is averaging 26.7 points, 4.8 assists and 4.2 rebounds in 36 games this season.
Golden State's victory over Chicago was just its third in the past nine games.
