Jimenez is dealing with a left hamstring strain. The move involving Wilson, dealing with a back strain, is retroactive to Monday.
Chicago recalled outfielder Zach DeLoach and right-hander Nick Nastrini from Triple-A Charlotte in corresponding moves.
Jimenez, 27, is batting .231 with five homers and 12 RBIs in 36 games this season.
Wilson, 29, is 1-2 with a 2.84 ERA in 21 appearances out of the bullpen this season.
DeLoach, 25, has no major league experience. He is hitting .263 with two homers and 18 RBIs in 38 games this year at Charlotte.
Nastrini, 24, will start Wednesday night's game against the host Toronto Blue Jays. He made his MLB debut on April 15 and is 0-2 with a 7.88 ERA in two starts for the White Sox.
