Media Approval Ratings: Bob Ley
There are only two ESPN personalities who have been around since the network was founded in 1979. One is Chris Berman; you might have heard of him. The other is Bob Ley. It would be safe to say they have somewhat different approaches.
Interestingly enough, Ley was actually the public address announcer for the New York Cosmos soccer team before joining ESPN. We have to remember to ask Hirshey about this.
Another fun piece of info about Bob Ley: He brings a scorebook with him to every baseball game he attends. We appreciate that, a lot.
So: Do you like the Bob Ley? Do you not like the Bob Ley? Let us know.
