While Packers-Seahawks provided tons of drama, the other game did not. The Patriots scored 31 unanswered points on their way to a 45-7 demolition of the Colts.
When the two met in the regular season, New England pushed the run game on Indianapolis to the tune of 246 total rushing yards, 201 coming from Jonas Gray. The Patriots went to the ground again in the second meeting, but with LeGarrette Blount earning 148 yards and three touchdowns. Andrew Luck couldn't keep up.
Tom Brady also put in work through the air, before the rain got heavy. He had some unlikely receivers, though. Fullback James Develin had a one-yard TD reception, and left tackle Nate Solder—who played as a tight end with the Colorado Buffaloes in college—scored a 16-yard touchdown on a play that mixed up different eligible receivers, just like last week. The novelty isn't dead yet.
