Vasquez-Imagn Images Driver Louis Foster reached a multi-year extension with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing after earning IndyCar Series Rookie of the Year honors in 2025.
Foster, a native of England, arrived at RLL after winning the 2024 Indy NXT championship with Andretti Global.
"We've built a strong, trusting group here, and that familiarity helps us understand each other's strengths and weaknesses so we can keep improving together," Foster said. "I truly believe that consistency will pay off in the long run. I'm excited to get back to work with the team and help push us forward in a positive direction."
The team recently agreed to a long-term extension with Droplight, which sponsors Foster's No. 45 Honda.
In addition to an 11th-place finish at the Indianapolis 500, Foster had two starts in the top three of the field and one on the pole. In 17 starts, he led five laps and finished 23rd in the overall standings with 213 points.
The 2026 IndyCar Series will begin March 1 at St. Petersburg, Fla.
