NASCAR Fan Pulls Off Rare Double Arrest At Pocono Race
I mean, sure, we can all pull off the single arrest at a sporting event but how many of us have the drive to pull off a double arrest? Not many of us. Which is why Donald Swisher, Jr. of Shickshinny, Pa. is so deserving of our commendation. Especially when his two arrests were for protesting the War in Iraq and then encouraging people to register to vote. Or not. Says the Citizen News:
Donald Swisher Jr., 28, was first arrested for summary charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an argument with his wife in their Victory Circle seats, police said.
Police said officers arrested Swisher a second time around 5 p.m. on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after receiving a call he was being disorderly again.
In case you were wondering Shickshinny, Pa. has a population of 959 people, 98.96% white. Well, there we go. Now you know.
What are the odds that Swisher, Jr. thinks the media is treating Joe Paterno unfairly?
Thanks for your continued support of Deadspin. In particular, Jimmy Clausen thanks you.
