In a press conference today, Erie County District Attorney John Flynn said Lee, who was in town for the NHL combine, is facing a charge of second-degree harassment. According to Flynn, the Sens front-office executive was being transported back to his hotel when he rubbed the 19-year-old male shuttle bus driver’s shoulders without permission and wouldn’t stop. Flynn said Lee also made sexual remarks to the driver. Via USA Today Sports:
During the shuttle ride, Flynn said, Lee allegedly rubbed the driver’s shoulders without permission and did not stop when asked. Lee also allegedly made lewd comments, according to Flynn, including “a reference to his own private parts.” When they returned to the hotel, Flynn said, the driver notified security, which subsequently called the Buffalo Police Department.

“It’s a violation. It’s not even a misdemeanor,” Flynn told reporters. “Like I said, it’s not the crime of the century here. But I’ve got a 19-year-old victim.”
Flynn said he expects the incident to be resolved by Monday. Lee could face up to 15 days in jail if found guilty.
