Headline Above Newspaper's Blowjob Pantomime Photo: "Taking Hard Hit To Chin"

Yesterday, we all had a good laugh at the Columbus Dispatch's photo of the pivotal play from Monday night's Red Wings-Blue Jackets game. Something something Damien Brunner scored a shootout goal something something we think the Red Wings won something something ... oh, look: That fan in the front row to the right dressed as a referee was mimicking a blowjob motion.

On its website, the Dispatch eventually replaced the photo with another one. But we must admit we missed the real story here. We had failed to notice the banner headline splashed above the photo across the section front of the paper's print edition. We initially thought Dispatch staff photographer Eamon Queeney completely captured the moment with the click of his camera. But we salute the paper's copy desk for finding just the right words to do such an evocative image justice, and we're sorry for not having properly recognized such thorough coverage sooner.
